摘要
为了探究蛇鮈对不同诱食剂的偏好,从而提高人工养殖蛇鮈的摄食兴趣与生长效率,本实验通过嗅电图法(EOG)研究了蛇鮈对几种动植物提取物诱食剂(摇蚊幼虫、蚯蚓、甘草、陈皮)的嗅觉敏感性差异。结果表明:在浓度为0.05 g/l和0.005 g/l时,诱食效果摇蚊幼虫提取液>甘草提取液>陈皮提取液>蚯蚓提取液;在浓度为0.01 g/l时,诱食效果甘草提取液>摇蚊幼虫提取液>陈皮提取液>蚯蚓提取液。诱食剂的种类与浓度均对相对刺激效应有显著影响;摇蚊幼虫、甘草和陈皮均对蛇鮈有显著诱食效果,摇蚊幼虫诱食效果最好,最佳浓度为0.05 g/l。
In order to improve the feeding interest and growth efficiency of longnose gudgeon in artifi⁃cial breeding,this study studied the difference in the olfactory sensitivity of longnose gudgeon to sever⁃al plant and animal extracts(chironomidae larvae,earthworm,glycyrrhiza,and tangerine peel)by EOG.The results showed that when the concentration was 0.05 g/l and 0.005 g/l,chironomidae larvae ex⁃tract>glycyrrhiza extract>toranghee peel extract>earthworm extract.At the concentration of 0.01 g/l,glycyrrhiza extract>chironomidae larvae extract>toranghee peel extract>earthworm extract.The type and concentration of the attractant had significant effect on the relative stimulation effect.Chiron⁃omidae larvae,glycyrrhiza and tangerine peel all have significant feeding effect on longnose gudgeon,and the chironomidae larvae has the best feeding effect,with the optimal concentration of 0.05 g/l.
