摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓联合宫瘤消胶囊对子宫肌瘤患者细胞因子和性激素水平的影响。方法选取西安高新医院有手术指征的子宫肌瘤患者200例,随机分为对照组、桂枝茯苓组、宫瘤消组及桂枝茯苓联合宫瘤消组,每组50例。对照组口服米非司酮片,疗程3个月;给予药物治疗后比较4组患者疗效、子宫体积、肌瘤体积、性激素及细胞因子含量。结果桂枝茯苓组、宫瘤消组及桂枝茯苓联合宫瘤消组总有效率(84.0%、86.0%和96.0%)高于对照组(74.0%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,桂枝茯苓联合宫瘤消组子宫及肌瘤体积小于桂枝茯苓组、宫瘤消组,桂枝茯苓联合宫瘤消组血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量高于桂枝茯苓组、宫瘤消组,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量低于桂枝茯苓组、宫瘤消组,桂枝茯苓联合宫瘤消组血清中卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)含量低于桂枝茯苓组、宫瘤消组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓联合宫瘤消对子宫肌瘤患者的治疗效果优于单用桂枝茯苓或宫瘤消治疗,子宫及肌瘤体积减小快,免疫力、细胞因子及性激素水平改善更好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the Effect of guizhi fuling combined uterus tumor elimination capsule on cytokine and sex hormone of patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods A total of 200 patients with uterine leiomyoma in our hospital were randomly divided into control group, guizhifuling group, gongliuxiao group and guizhifuling combined with gongliuxiao group, 50 cases in each group. The efficacy, uterine volume, leiomyoma volume, sex hormones and cytokines levels of the four groups were compared after drug treatment. Results The total effective rates(84.0%, 86.0% and 96.0%) of guizhifuling group, gongliuxiao group and guizhifuling combined with gongliuxiao group were significantly higher than that of the control group(74.0%), which had significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the volumes of uterus and leiomyoma of guizhifuling combined with gongliuxiao group were smaller than those of guizhiyu group and gongliuxiao group. The serum Interleukin-2(IL-2) level of guizhifuling combined with gongliuxiao group was higher than that of guizhifuling group and gongliuxiao group, and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) level was lower than that of guizhifuling group and Gongliuxiao group(P<0.05). The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2), and progesterone(P) in the serum of guizhifuling combined with gongliuxiao group were lower than those of guizhifuling group and gongliuxiao group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of guizhifuling combined with gongliuxiao on patients with uterine leiomyoma is better than that of guizhifuling and gongliuxiao alone. The treatment of guizhifuling combined with gongliuxiao can rapidly reduce uterine and leiomyoma, enhance immunity, and significantly improve cytokines and sex hormone levels, which is worthy of clinical application.
