摘要
目的探讨加味桂枝茯苓汤在子宫肌瘤患者中的治疗效果.方法选取2019年10月—2021年10月我院收治的84例子宫肌瘤患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例.对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用加味桂枝茯苓汤治疗,持续2个疗程.对比两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、子宫体积、肌瘤体积、激素水平及不良反应发生率.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组中医症候积分、子宫体积、肌瘤体积、激素水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医症候积分(4.54±0.89)分低于对照组的(6.42±1.33)分,子宫体积(106.15±8.22)cm^(3)、肌瘤体积(9.84±1.35)cm^(3)均小于对照组的(119.25±9.43)cm^(3)、(13.67±2.58)cm^(3),卵泡生成素水平(9.84±1.66)U/L、促黄体素水平(9.02±1.47)U/L、雌二醇水平(158.99±17.72)pmol/L、催乳素水平(20.01±3.44)μg/mL均低于对照组的(12.35±2.04)U/L、(10.99±1.85)U/L、(178.30±19.64)pmol/L、(25.93±4.30)μg/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论加味桂枝茯苓汤能够增强子宫肌瘤治疗效果,减轻临床症状,改善激素水平,加速子宫肌瘤体积缩小,且不良反应少.
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction in patients with hysteromyoma.Methods 84 patients with hysteromyoma treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,uterine volume,myoma volume,hormone level and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,higher than 78.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,uterine volume,leiomyoma volume and hormone level between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom score(4.54±0.89)points of the observation group was lower than(6.42±1.33)points of the control group,uterine volume(106.15±8.22)cm^(3) and leiomyoma volume(9.84±1.35)cm^(3) were smaller than(119.25±9.43)cm^(3),(13.67±2.58)cm^(3) of the control group,follicle stimulating hormone level(9.84±1.66)U/L,luteinizing hormone level(9.02±1.47)U/L,estradiol level(158.99±17.72)pmol/L and prolactin level(20.01±3.44)μg/mL were lower than(12.35±2.04)U/L,(10.99±1.85)U/L,(178.30±19.64)pmol/L,(25.93±4.30)μg/mL in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction can enhance the therapeutic effect of hysteromyoma,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve hormone level,accelerate the shrinking of uterine fibroids,and have less adverse reactions.
