摘要
职业素养是中职学校教育教学的基础,它直接影响着中职学生专业技术水平的提高以及未来发展的后劲。职业素养的培养有多种途径,以机电技术应用专业为例,通过分析企业的用人需求,中职学校学生职业素养培养的现状,阐述在专业课教学中通过贯彻合作学习制度、班前班后会制度"、7S"管理制度、积分考核制度、技能PK赛制度的执行渗透职业素养的培养,把学生培养成为可持续发展的职业人。
Vocational quality is the basis of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools, which directly affects the improvement of technical level of secondary vocational students and the future development. There are many ways to cultivate vocational quality. Taking the application of mechanical and electrical technology as an example, by analyzing the employment needs of enterprises and the current situation of vocational school students’ vocational quality cultivation, this paper expounds that the implementation of cooperative learning system,pre class and post class meeting system, "7 S" management system, integral assessment system and skill PK game system in the teaching of professional courses can permeate the cultivation of vocational quality, so as to cultivate students to be sustainable professionals.
