摘要
跨座式单轨交通“梁轨合一”的特性使得其对轨道梁的线形精度要求很高。因此,必须对影响PC轨道梁变形的因素进行分析,找出关键影响因素,提出控制措施,以确保轨道梁线形精度满足要求。对影响PC轨道梁线形的收缩徐变、混凝土弹性模量、预应力、施工制造等各因素进行全面分析,并以25 m跨度简支PC轨道梁为例,研究其结构自重、预应力管道位置、预应力筋张拉、弹性模量、收缩徐变等对结构变形的影响程度。计算结果表明,预应力对结构变形影响很大,弹性模量的影响不容忽视。为更好地控制PC轨道梁梁体线形,预应力导致的施工实测伸长量与理论伸长量偏差不宜超过±3%;弹性模量偏差应控制在5%以内。
Because of the characteristics of“integration of bearing beam and track”,straddle monorail transit has a high requirement for the working surface accuracy of the track beam.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the deformation of PC track beam,find out the key factors and put forward the control measures to ensure the working surface accuracy of track beam.The shrinkage and creep,elasticity modulus of concrete,prestress,construction and manufacturing of PC track beam are analyzed.Taking a 25 m span simply supported PC track beam as an example,the influence degree of dead weight,prestressed pipe position,tension of prestressed tendon,modulus of elasticity,shrinkage and creep on structural deformation is studied.The results show that the prestress has a great influence on the deformation of the structure,and the influence of the elastic modulus cannot be ignored.In order to better control the alignment of PC track beam,the deviation between the measured elongation and the theoretical elongation caused by prestress should not exceed±3%;the deviation of elastic modulus should be controlled within 5%.
