摘要
跨坐式单轨交通系统的预应力混凝土轨道梁既是承重梁又是车辆的轨道,其制作精度要求很高,必须采用专用的模板。介绍了重庆市单轨交通系统中的预应力混凝土轨道梁模板的构造,并阐述了在轨道梁制作过程中应重点做好钢筋制作、预应力管道定位、混凝土拌制、成型、养护及预应力筋张拉等工序的工作。
The prestressed concrete (PC) track girders of straddle-type monorail transit system carryies both the beams and the tracks on which the train runs, so the fabrication must make use of a special forrnwork because of its high precision. This paper mainly describes the constructions of the formwork which is used in the monorail transit system in Chongqing, and indicates that during the track girders' fabrication, it is very important to pay attention to steel fabrication, orientation of conduct for tendon passing, the mixing, molding and maintaining of the concrete and the stretching of the prestressed tendon.
