摘要
乡村振兴战略是解决新时期城乡发展不平衡、推动农村现代化进程的重要举措。但由于农村空心化现象日益加剧,为乡村振兴战略的实施带来了主体缺失、农民增收困难和乡村自治弱化等现实困境。结合相关理论,分别从内生和外源两方面系统地提出乡村振兴农村空心化困境的解决路径。
The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to solve the imbalance between urban and rural development and promote the process of rural modernization. However, due to the increasingly serious rural hollowing phenomenon,for the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, there are many difficulties, such as the lack of main body, the difficulty of increasing farmers’ income and the weakening of rural autonomy. Combined with relevant theories, the solutions to the plight of rural revitalization from both endogenous and exogenous aspects are put forward.
