摘要
以SWOT模型作为理论框架,系统梳理了医养结合背景下,公立综合医院老年病科发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,并提出立足综合优势,推进科室建设;利用院内优势,积极应对挑战;借助医联体,拓展服务等建议,为综合医院老年病科的发展提供参考。
It systematically teases advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and challenge of geriatric department development in public general hospital under the background of integrated treatment and nursing.It puts forward that to promote department construction based on general advantage.Positively respond challenge by making use of advantage.Develop service with help of medical alliance.In order to provide reference for geriatric department development of general hospital.
