摘要
目的:探索某三级综合性医院儿科专业人才队伍建设现状,并针对规范化培训制度下儿科人才梯队建设提出解决办法。方法:以系统理论思想为指导,采取文献研究进行调查分析三级综合医院儿科人才梯队建设的困境。结果:目前三级综合性医院参加住培的儿科住院医师、硕士及博士研究生比例逐年下降,儿科专业人才培养周期长,综合性医院儿科学科吸引力不足,人才梯队建设难度大。结论:从住院医师规范化培训开始分层培养、分类培训,做好人才队伍建设规划,再结合政府、医学院校以及综合性医院自身优势等多方因素分步骤解决人才培养问题。
In order to explore the current situation of pediatric professional talent team construction in tertiary general hospitals,and put forward solutions for the construction of pediatric talent team under the standardized training system.Methods Under the guidance of system theory,we used the method of literature research to investigate and analyze the dilemma of pediatric talent echelon construction in tertiary general hospitals.Results At present,the proportion of pediatric residents,master’s students and doctoral students who participate in standardized resident training in tertiary general hospitals is decreasing year by year.The training cycle of pediatric professionals is long,the pediatrics discipline in general hospitals is not attractive enough,and the talent echelon construction is di ffi cult.Conclusion Starting from the standardized training of resident doctors,stratifi ed training and classifi ed training should be carried out,and the talent team construction plan should be made,and the problem of talent training should be solved step by step by combining the advantages of the government,medical colleges and general hospitals.
