摘要
云南某含泥硫化铜矿Cu和S的品位分别为1.82%和2.96%,矿石性质研究发现:铜在硫化铜中的分布律为93.06%,黝铜矿为主要的载铜矿物,原矿中-0.074mm的粒级占到了原矿的41.30%。选矿试验表明:在以CaO为粗选抑制剂、水玻璃为精选抑制剂、自制KMS为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,磨矿细度-0.074占80%的条件下,原矿预先分级后经“一粗-两扫-三精”的闭路浮选处理后,获得了铜精矿品位25.65%、回收率89.88%的良好指标,可以为该矿石的开发利用提供技术参考。
The grades of Cu and s in a mud bearing copper sulfide ore in Yunnan Province are 1.82%and 2.96%,respectively.The ore properties study shows that the distribution law of copper in copper sulfide is 93.06%,tetrahedrite is the main copper bearing mineral,and the grain size of-0.074mm in the original ore accounts for 41.30%of the original ore.The beneficiation test shows that under the conditions of CaO as the inhibitor of roughing,water glass as the inhibitor of beneficiation,KMS as the collector,2.Oil is a foaming agent,and grinding fineness of-0.074 accounting for 80%,the good indexes of copper concentrate grade of 25.65%and recovery rate of 89.88%are obtained after the"one roughing,two sweeping and three refining"closed-circuit flotation after the raw ore is pre classified,which can be used for the development and utilization of the ore For technical reference.
