摘要
1例因患者自创吸入剂用药方法以增加吸入剂用药次数而导致气道病反复急性发作的病例,患者长期不规范使用吸入装置,致慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并哮喘反复急性发作而入院。临床药师发挥其药剂学知识的优势,从多个角度与患者及其家属反复地沟通,找到了患者疾病反复发作的原因是由于患者使用吸入剂时,拆除装置,将剩余药粉装入小瓶再吸入从而增加吸药次数,但他不知道这样做会影响药物治疗效果。通过临床药师与患者的沟通,最终患者接受了药师的建议,提高了吸入装置使用的依从性,并获得满意的疗效。
This is a case of recurrent acute exacerbations of airway disease due to an irregular inhalation medication by himself.The patient suffering chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma attacks was admitted to our hospital because of long-term irregular use of inhalation device.Clinical pharmacist took the advantages of pharmacology knowledge and repeatedly communicated with the patient and his family from multiple perspectives to find the cause of the recurrence.The reason was that he removed the device and filled remaining powder into a vial to increase the drug-inhaling times,however,he did not know doing so would influence the drug efficacy.The clinical pharmacist effectively communicated with the patient and finally his advice was accepted by the patient,and then the compliance of the inhalation device was improved,and satisfactory results were achieved.
