摘要
目的分析中药湿热敷联合康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响。方法选取该院自2018年2月—2019年2月收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)两组,分别应用中药湿热敷联合康复护理方法和常规康复护理方法,对比两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损(CSS)评分和Barthel指数评分。结果治疗前,两组患者的神经功能缺损(CSS)评分和Barthel指数评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的神经功能缺损(CSS)评分和Barthel指数评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t1=10.350、t2=11.470,P<0.05)。观察组治疗显著及好转的患者数量28例,治疗有效率93.3%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.650,P<0.05)。结论中药湿热敷联合康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能恢复效果显著,提升了患者的自理能力,改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine damp heat compress combined with rehabilitation nursing on limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The hot compress combined with rehabilitation nursing method and the conventional rehabilitation nursing method were compared,and the neurological deficit(CSS)score and Barthel index score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in neurological deficit(CSS)scores and Barthel index scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit(CSS)scores of the observation group and the Barthel index score was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.350,t2=11.470,P<0.05).The number of patients with significant and improved treatment in the observation group was 28 cases,and the effective rate was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.650,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine damp heat and rehabilitation nursing intervention has significant effect on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia,which improves the patient's self-care ability and improves the patient's quality of life.
