摘要
目的探析中医中药联合康复训练护理干预在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院于2018年2月至2019年4月收治的50例脑卒中患者作为主要对象,采用数字随机表法分组,每组25例。对照组实施康复训练护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加中药内服+针灸+穴位电刺激,比较两组的Fugl-Meye评分、Brathel指数、NIHSS评分和患者满意度、依从性评分。结果干预前两组患者的Fugl-Meye评分、Brathel指数、NIHSS评分比较无显著差异,干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meye评分、Brathel指数、NIHSS评分明显优于干预前和对照组,有显著差异;观察组患者的满意度评分、依从性评分均明显高于对照组。结论脑卒中患者实施中医中药联合康复训练护理干预可改善患者的预后,患者满意度更高,依从性更好,可恢复患者的神经功能,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM combined with rehabilitation training and nursing intervention in stroke patients.Methods 50 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the main subjects,and were divided into groups by digital random table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group carried out rehabilitation training and nursing intervention,and the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine internal administration+acupuncture+electrical stimulation at acupoints on the basis of the control group.Fugl-meye score,Brathel index,NIHSS score,patient satisfaction and compliance score of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in fugl-meye score,Brathel index and NIHSS score between the two groups before intervention.After intervention,the fugl-meye score,Brathel index and NIHSS score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group,with significant difference.The satisfaction and compliance scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The nursing intervention of TCM combined with rehabilitation training for stroke patients can improve the prognosis of patients with higher patient satisfaction and better compliance,and can restore the neurological function of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
