摘要
目的:观察化湿健脾为主的藿砂口服液治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征寒湿型患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为藿砂口服液组和匹维溴铵对照组。藿砂口服液组30例予化湿健脾为主的院内制剂藿砂口服液口服,匹维溴铵对照组30例予匹维溴铵口服,观察两组治疗4周后症状积分改善情况及临床疗效。结果:藿砂口服液组的总有效率为93.3%,匹维溴铵对照组的总有效率为70%,藿砂口服液组的总疗效更优(P<0.05),且藿砂口服液组治疗后的总症状积分、大便泄泻、肠鸣等积分明显低于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论:化湿健脾为主的藿砂口服液治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征具有有效性和安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of huosha oral liquid,which is mainly used to treat cold-damp type patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into the huosha oral liquid group and the pivavironium control group.30 cases of Huosha Oral Liquid Group were given oral administration of Huosha Oral Liquid,which is mainly for the treatment of dampness and spleen,30 patients in the pivavironium control group were given oral administration of pivalvonium bromide,the improvement of symptom score and clinical efficacy after 4 weeks of treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the Huosha oral liquid group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the pitidronium control group was 70%.The total curative effect of the Huosha oral liquid group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of total symptom score,fecal diarrhea,and bowel sound after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Huosha Oral Liquid,which is mainly used to remove dampness and invigorate spleen,has good efficacy and safety in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
