“参与式教学法”在检验实习带教中的应用 被引量:4

‘Participatory teaching method’ of testing clinical in practice teaching

摘要 目的探讨“参与式教学法”在检验临床实习带教中的应用价值。方法将本院检验科2017届检验专业实习生随机分组,其中观察组15人(参与式教学),对照组15人(传统模式教学),对比两组学生理论考试成绩、专业技能考核成绩、报告解读能力(报告评价思维、综合分析能力、临床意义解读)。结果理论考试成绩:观察组(95.15±4.03),对照组(90.36±4.51),两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.27,P<0.05);专业技能考核成绩:观察组(93.32±3.16),对照组(89.75±3.91),两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.28,P<0.05);综合能力:观察组(96.57±3.06),对照组(93.29±4.26),两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.53,P<0.05)。教学组学生和教师对“参与式教学法”评价较高,且差异均有统计学意义(t=2.24,P<0.05;t=1.89,P<0.05)。结论“参与式教学法”在检验临床实习带教中有较好的效果,可以让实习生以“主人公”的角色更好地融入到具体工作中,在提升临床技能的同时,更好地培养其责任感,该教学方法可以在检验临床实践教学中应用推广。 Objective To explore the application value of‘participatory teaching method’in testing clinical practice teaching.Methods The 2017 intern trainees of our laboratory were randomly disorganized,including 15 observation groups(participatory teaching)and 15 control groups(traditional mode teaching).The results of the two groups of students were compared with the theoretical test scores and professional skills.The interpretation ability(reporting evaluation thinking,comprehensive analysis ability,and clinical meaning interpretation)was reported.Results The theoretical test scores:observation group(95.15±4.03),control group(90.36±4.51),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=4.27,P<0.05);professional skills assessment score:observation group(93.32±3.16),control group(89.75±3.91),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.28,P<0.05);the comprehensive ability:observation group(96.57±3.06),control group(93.29±4.26),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=3.53,P<0.05).The teaching group students and teachers have a higher evaluation of the‘participatory teaching method’teaching method,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.24,P<0.05;t=1.89,P<0.05).Conclusion The“participatory teaching method”has a good effect in testing the clinical practice teaching,which can enable the interns to better integrate into the specific work with the role of“protagonist”,and improve the clinical skills while better training.The sense of responsibility,the teaching method can be applied to the promotion of clinical practice teaching.
