“临床双师”职业压力源影响因素及工作疲溃感的区地域性调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的评价吉林省"临床双师"身体及心理健康现状,为管理机构采取有效途径减缓"临床双师"职业压力提供依据,进而为吉林省医学教育及医疗服务质量的整体提升提供支持。方法 2014年4月~2015年4月选取吉林省内891名"临床双师"作为调查对象,运用问卷调查法进行资料收集整理,问卷由一般资料问卷、"临床双师型"教师职业压力源测评量表及工作疲溃感量表三部分组成,分析吉林省"临床双师"职业压力的影响因素、压力程度及工作疲溃感。结果临床工作层面及服务保障层面相关的压力源最为严重;排序前4位的压力源为满负荷工作、收入分配、工作风险及责任、安全保障。职位、职称、性别、组织关怀度及学历因素对职业压力源的影响差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);"临床双师"工作高度疲倦感占46.7%。结论吉林省"临床双师"的职业压力及工作疲溃感均处于偏高水平,相关管理者应密切关注其主要压力源的变化,积极采取减压措施,减少主要压力源事件的发生。 Objective To evaluate the physical and mental status of "clinical dual-qualification teachers" in Jilin Province, in order to provide basis for coping with profession stressors of "clinical dual-qualification teachers", thereby provide support for the promotion of overall quality of medical education and medical care in Jilin. Methods From April 2014 to April 2015, in Jilin Province 891 "clinical dual-qualification teachers" were selected. Questionnaire method was used for data collected. The questionnaire were constituted by general information questionnaire, "clinical dual-qualification teachers" teachers' professional pressure source assessment scal and work fatigue scale. The influencing factor of "clinical dual-qualification teachers" profession stressors, degree of pressure, job burnout were analyzed. Results Stressors of clinical work level and service assurance level were the most serious. Full-load work, income distribution, risk and responsibility, security assurance were the top 4 sources of stress. Factors of positions, job titles, gender, organization care, education background had influence on profession stressors, with statistically significant differences(P 0.05). The high job burnout of "clinical dual-qualification teachers" was accounted for 46.7%.Conclusion The profession stressors and job burnout of "clinical dual-qualification teachers" in Jilin Province is high.Related managers should pay close attention to the change of the main pressure source, positively adopt pressure relief measures, reduce main pressure source events.
