摘要
随着高职现代学徒制的深入发展,课程建设的重新构建彰显其紧迫性。现代学徒制以“双元”角色的介入为主要特点,校企双方在培养人才上各成体系,而工商管理类专业的现代学徒制课程建设理论与实践探索还有所欠缺。本文以工商管理类专业为视角,以制造业为背景,研究现代学徒制课程重构的原则、设计思路以及教学组织实施,从而为此类专业有效实施现代学徒制提供借鉴。
With the in-depth development of modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational education,the reconstruction of curriculum construction shows its urgency.Modern apprenticeship system is characterized by the involvement of“dual”roles.Schools and enterprises have their own systems in training talents.However,there is still a lack of theoretical and practical exploration in the construction of modern apprenticeship system courses for business administration majors.From the perspective of business administration majors and the background of manufacturing industry,this paper studies the principles,design ideas and teaching organization of the reconstruction of modern apprenticeship system courses,which provides a reference for the effective implementation of modern apprenticeship system in related maiors.
