摘要
作为团队决策绩效的关键性因素,信息共享并不总是自动发生的,需要特定的刺激。文章基于我国高权力距离的文化背景,从信息加工角度构建了授权型领导作用下的信息共享理论模型,并通过72家高新技术企业的实地调研数据对构建的理论模型进行实证检验,以探讨信息共享的作用机制,提高信息共享的效率和质量。研究发现,授权型领导情境因素,有助于减少团队权力距离带来的不利影响,激发团队成员的内在动机水平,提高团队成员的信息共享意愿,在此基础上,信息共享与团队决策和交互记忆系统的关系也都得到增强。另外,在信息共享对团队决策作用过程中,交互记忆系统起到部分中介作用。研究为团队决策实践所应采用的领导类型提供了有益参考。
Although information sharing is considered to be a key factor in team performance,it does not always happen automatically and requires specific stimuli. Based on the cultural background of high power distance of China,a theoretical model of information sharing under empowering leadership is constructed in the paper from the perspective of information processing,and the theoretical model is tested empirically through field survey data of 72 high-tech enterprises,in order to explore the mechanism of information sharing and improve the efficiency and quality of information sharing. The results show that the influence of empowering leadership can reduce the negative impact of power distance,stimulate the intrinsic motivation level of team members,and improve the willingness of team members to share information. On this basis,the relationship between information sharing and team decision-making and transactive memory system is also strengthened. In addition,transactive memory system is to be found that it has a Partial mediating role in the relationship between information sharing and team performance. This research provided a useful reference for the type of leadership that should be adopted in team decision-making practice.
