摘要
在BIM技术的大力推广应用的背景下,以北京某体质健康中心工程为依托,将BIM技术引入到工程设计与施工管理阶段.针对该工程项目的特点,开发了一套机电族模型,然后在此基础上建立了北京某体质健康中心工程的BIM模型,并利用BIM碰撞检测技术以图纸、工程量等方式导出,以实现物资采购合理化、施工交底三维可视化、安全教育全过程化.结果表明,BIM技术的应用不仅可以提高设计协同办公、出图效率,而且可以实现绿色、高效的施工管理,为今后类似工程提供理论依据和技术支持.
Under the background of the promotion and application of BIM technology,BIM technology is introduced into the engineering design and construction management stage based on the project of a physical health center in Beijing.According to the characteristics of the project,a set of electro-mechanical models are developed.On this basis,a BIM engineering model of a physical health center in Beijing is established,and using the BIM collision detection technology the form of BIM drawings and engineering quantities are extracted in order to realize the rationalization of material procurement,the three-dimensional visualization of construction and the whole process of safety education.The results show that the application of BIM technology can not only improve the collaborative design and drawing efficiency,but also achieve green and efficient construction management,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for similar projects in the future.
