摘要
实施“中国制造2025”,离不开高技能人才支撑,工程训练中心作为高等院校复合型技能人才培养基地,必须加快工程教育机制创新,强化职业技能教育和技能培训。为保障新工科背景下工程训练安全进行,结合学校办学特色和教学理念,构建一套全方位、多层次,以“学生为本,预防为主,安全为先”为理念,以“重培训、严管理、筑防护、速应急”为主题,由安全教育体系、安全管理体系、安全防护体系和安全应急体系组成的高等院校工程训练安全保障体系,从培训、管理、防护及应急处理等方面做到环环相扣,将“安全”贯穿整个工程训练实践教学全过程,为学生建立一个和谐、安全的工程训练教学环境。
To carry out the“Made in China 2025”is indispensable to the high skilled talents.Engineering training center is the base of training qualified and practical talents,and must speed up the innovation of mechanism,strengthen training of the professional skills.According to the characteristic of the school and management philosophy,build a full-range,multi-level security control of engineering training in colleges and universities which takes“paying attention to training,strengthening tightly management,building protection,responding quickly to security incidents”as a theme,and“student-oriented,precaution crucial,safety first”as its idea.The security control system is composed of four parts:security education system,security management system,security protective system and security emergency system,which is links together,and takes the security as this thought penetration in it and becomes its core.The basic purpose lies in the realization of harmonious security management of practice teaching through the implementation of the regulation and improvement of each segment,thus building up a harmonious practice teaching environment in system.
