摘要
多氯萘(PCNs)是一类具有与二噁英类物质相似结构和毒性的持久性有机污染物,普遍存在于空气、土壤、沉积物、湖泊、河流和生物体中,甚至在偏远的北极地区也监测到其存在。自20世纪70年代以来,在全球范围内已陆续停止了PCNs的生产和使用,目前环境中PCNs的污染主要来自早期和正在使用的包含PCNs和多氯联苯产品的蒸发,还有废弃物燃烧、金属冶炼等热处理过程中的产生和排放。如今,PCNs对环境的污染以及对人体的类二噁英毒性等问题逐渐引起人们的重视,PCNs的相关研究近年来成为环境科学研究领域的一个热点,PCNs的污染防控已成为一些国家和地区环境管理的新任务。本文介绍了环境中PCNs的主要来源和环境归趋,重点介绍了大气、土壤、水环境介质及生物体中PCNs污染水平、分布特征及危害,归纳了现有PCNs的处理研究方法,最后提出了PCNs相关研究领域的发展趋势。
Polychlorinated naphthalenes(PCNs)are a class of persistent organic pollutants of similar structure and toxicity to dioxins.PCNs are ubiquitous contaminants found in air,soil,sediments,lakes,rivers and biota,even in the polar environments.Since the 1970s,the production and use of PCNs have been discontinued globally.Currently,the pollution of PCNs in the environment mainly comes from the evaporation of PCNs and PCBs,which are used in the early and ongoing use,as well as waste burning,production and discharge in heat treatment processes such as met-al smelting.Nowadays,the pollution of PCNs to the environment and the toxicity of dioxin-like to human body have gradually attracted people's attention.The research on PCNs has become a hot spot in the field of environmental sci-ence research in recent years.The pollution prevention and control of PCNs has become a national and regional task for environmental management.In this paper,the main sources and environmental fate of PCNs in the environment are introduced,focusing on the pollution levels,distribution characteristics and hazards of PCNs in the atmosphere,soil,water environment medium and organisms.What’s more,the existing processing methods of PCNs were summarized and finally the development trend of PCNs and its related research fields were put forward.
