摘要
目的苯巴比妥辅助蓝光照射治疗高胆红素血症患儿的临床观察及对肝功能指标、总胆汁酸的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年12月收治的110例高胆红素血症(高胆)患儿,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予蓝光照射治疗,实验组患者给予苯巴比妥辅助蓝光照射治疗,比较两组患者的总有效率、胆红素水平、肝功能指标及不良反应情况。结果实验组患者肝功能各项指标均显著低于对照组(P <0.01);实验组患者的总胆红素和总胆汁酸水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.01);实验组患者总有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的87.3%(P <0.05);试验组患者无腹泻、发热等显著的不良反应情况,而对照组患者中有4例腹泻、2例发热现象发生。结论苯巴比妥辅助蓝光照射治疗高胆红素血症患儿临床疗效显著,不但可以降低患者肝功能各项指标水平、降低总胆红素和总胆汁酸水平,还是一种安全可靠的治疗方式,值得临床的推广。
Objective To explore clinical observation on phenobarbital assisted blue light irradiation in treatment of children with hyperbilirubinemia and its effect on liver function indexes and total bile acid. Methods 110 children with hyperbilirubinemia(hyperbilirubinemia)who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation while the experimental group was treated with phenobarbital assisted with blue light irradiation.The total effective rate,bilirubin level,liver function index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of liver function in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The levels of total bilirubin and total bile acid in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.4%,significantly higher than 87.3% in the control group(P < 0.05);There were no significant adverse reactions such as diarrhea and fever in the experimental group,while there were 4 cases of diarrhea and 2 cases of fever in the control group. Conclusion Phenobarbital assisted blue light irradiation in treatment of children with hyperbilirubinemia has significant curative effects,which can reduce the level of liver function indexes,total bilirubin and total bile acid.It is also a safe and reliable treatment method,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
