摘要
为实现复杂条件下特厚煤层老窑破坏区残煤的安全高效复采,通过对峁底煤矿老窑开采图纸、地质勘查、现场揭露等情况综合分析,确定了复采研究区域老巷分布、老窑开采层位和采空区分布。结合复采煤层赋存条件和工作面设备配套情况,确定了工作面的长度。基于弹性核理论对区段煤柱宽度进行了计算,得出了区段煤柱的最小宽度。在大采高综采和综采放顶煤两种采煤工艺优缺点对比的基础上,确定采用综采放顶煤工艺。提出分区支护、及时主动支护、支护结构强化、经济合理性的支护原则和以锚杆支护为主、架棚支护为辅的动态支护方案。
In order to realize safe and efficient re-mining of residual coal in failure area of old workings in extremely thick seam with complex conditions,the distribution of old roadway,mining seam and goaf in the re-mining research area were determined through comprehensively analyzing the mining drawings,geological exploration and site exposure of old workings in Maodi Coal Mine.Combined with the occurrence condition of re-mining seam and the matching equipment of working face,the length of working face was determined.Based on the elastic core theory,the width of coal pillar was calculated,and its minimum width was obtained.The fully mechanized top coal caving technology was adopted on the basis of comparing its advantages and disadvantages with that of fully mechanized mining technology with large mining height.The supporting principles of zonal support,timely active support,reinforced support structure,economic rationality and the dynamic supporting scheme with bolt support as the main support and shelf support as the auxiliary support were put forward.
