摘要
目的探讨中国女性人群心脏磁共振(cardiac magnetic resonance,CMR)右心室(right ventricle,RV)心肌应变(myocardial strain,MS)与体质量指数(body mass idex,BMI)的相关性情况。方法纳入在我院完成常规CMR成像的女性正常志愿者57例,按照不同BMI分为正常、超重及肥胖组。采用CVI软件测量RV整体径向应变(global radial peak strain,GRS)、整体圆周应变(global circumferential peak strain,GCS)、整体纵向应变(global longitudinal peak strain,GLS)以及其他结构功能参数。分析RV MS与BMI的相关性情况,以及3组间RV MS差异性情况。结果 RVGRS、GCS、GLS均具有良好的组内组间一致性(ICC值均在0.75以上),GLS一致性最高;GLS与BMI呈显著负相关(r=-0.33,P=0.01),其中肥胖组GLS显著低于正常组[(-12.95±3.67)vs(-15.57±2.61),P <0.05]。结论 CMR MS能够定量评估女性人群的RV状况,随着BMI增加RV MS会发生一定程度的损害,GLS可以作为一个相对理想的监测指标。
Objective To preliminarily investigate the correlations between right ventricle(RV) myocardial strain(MS)and body mass index(BMI)using cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)in obese women.Methods Fifty-seven female normal volunteers performed CMR were enrolled in this study and they were divided according to different BMI:normal,overweight and obese. We measured global radial peak strain(GRS),global circumferential peak strain(GCS),global longitudinal peak strain(GLS)in RV and other parameters using Circle Cardiovascular Imaging 42 software. The correlations between RV MS and BMI and the differences of RV MS among the three groups were analyzed. Results RVGRS,GCS and GLS all had good intra-observer and inter-observer agreement(ICC > 0.75),and GLS had the highest consistency. GLS had a negative correlation with BMI(r =-0.33,P = 0.01),and GLS in obese group was lower than that in the normal group[(-12.95 ± 3.67)vs.(-15.57± 2.61),P < 0.05]. Conclusion CMR MS can quantitatively assess the RV condition of female population. As with BMI increases,RV MS would cause some damage,and GLS can be a relatively ideal monitoring index.
