摘要
目的:研究柔性辟谷1周对人体生理生化、内分泌及免疫相关指标的影响,为评价柔性辟谷技术的安全性提供参考依据。方法:招募86名志愿者在临床医生的指导下进行1周特殊限制饮食模式,每日3餐以复合益生元代餐(10g/餐)。分别收集干预前后血样,采用临床检验手段检测人体相关指标,进行统计分析,分析干预前后的变化。结果:柔性辟谷干预后,志愿者体质量、腰围、体脂肪、基础代谢率显著下降,免疫功能指标CD3、CD4显著下降,尿酸显著升高;肝功能指标、肾功能肌酐和尿素氮指标、血清电解质指标、血常规、血糖及血脂相关内分泌指标、免疫功能CD8指标在正常范围变化。结论:柔性辟谷期间人体出现多种生理生化调节反应,体现出人体进入有利于健康的特殊代谢状态。
Objective:To analyze the effects of the flexible Bigu regime for a week on the human physiological and biochemical levels,endocrine and immunity related index in a week,and further evaluate the safety of the flexible Bigu regimen.Methods:A total of 86 volunteers were recruited to conduct a special fasting status for 7 days under guidance of physicians,three meals were replaced with 10 g special prebiotics.Meanwhile,blood samples of these volunteers were collected before and after intervention to analyze the changes of human related indexes by clinical laboratory tests.Results:The body weight,waistiline,Body fat,basal metabolic rate and CD3,CD4 cell subsets of volunteers were significantly reduced and the UA was significantly increased after intervention,while the liver and renal function,electrolytes and blood routine indexes showed no abnormity.Conclusion:There are a number of beneficial changes of the physiological and biochemical indexes during the flexible Bigu regimen,showing the human body entering into a special metabolic state which is helpful to health.
