摘要
目的:探讨丙戊酸钠联合喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍躁狂发作的临床疗效.方法:2016年1月-2019年5月收治双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者72例,随机数字表法分为两组各36例.A组采用丙戊酸钠治疗;B组在丙戊酸钠基础上联合喹硫平治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:两组治疗前躁狂量表(BRMS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组治疗后HAMD、BRMS评分显著低于A组,治疗总有效率显著高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组不良反应发生略率高于A组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者采用喹硫平联合丙戊酸钠治疗,能有效改善患者抑郁、躁狂症状,提高临床疗效.
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate combined with quetiapine in the treatment of manic episodes of bipolar disorder.Methods:From January 2016 to May 2019,72 patients with manic episodes of bipolar disorder were selected,they were divided into two groups of 36 cases through random number table method.Group A was treated with sodium valproate and group B was treated with sodium valproate combined with quintiapine.Comparison of therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in the pre-treatment Mania Scale(BRMS)score and the Hamilton Depression(HAMD)scale(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD,BRMS score of group B was significantly lower than group A,and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than group A,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was higher than that in group A,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with bipolar disorder with manic episodes treated with quetiapine combined with sodium valproate can effectively improve the symptoms of depression、mania and improve clinical efficacy.
