新汶某煤矿深部开采过渡区巷道支护技术与实践 被引量:2

Roadway support technology and practice in deep mining transition zone of Xinwen coal mine

摘要 新汶某煤矿深部开采过渡区-550 m巷道在高应力作用下围岩变形加剧,原“锚网+喷浆”支护形式下,巷道出现明显的底鼓变形。本文应用FLAC 3D数值分析软件,对该矿-550 m水平巷道“注浆+锚喷网+锚索+底角锚杆”的支护形式与原支护形式进行对比分析。分析结果表明:新支护形式下,顶底板移近量由102.7 mm减小到29.8 mm,塑性区分布范围也大大缩减。现场巷道围岩变形监测数据证明了该支护形式对深部开采过渡区巷道围岩变形具有较好的控制效果。 In the deep high stress environment,the-550 m roadway deformation increases and bottom drum phenomenon is obvious under the original support form of“anchor+shotcrete”in Xinwen coal mine.FLAC 3D is used to analyze the effect of supporting form of“grouting+anchor net+anchor cable+base anchor”on-550 m level of coal mine,and the analysis results show that the top floor displacement is reduced from 102.7 mm to 29.8 mm,and the distribution range of the plastic zone is also greatly reduced.According to the field test,it is proved that the new support form has better control on the deformation of surrounding rock of deep transition region tunnel.
