摘要
近年来,美食旅游成为人们旅游度假追求的新趋势,各地美食旅游市场成为旅游开发的新景点,美食旅游已经成为旅游业中重要的新形态产品,美食旅游开发为旅游区经济的发展奠定了基础。环巢湖区域旅游在合肥旅游市场中竞争力偏弱,分析环巢湖美食旅游的有利条件,针对环巢湖美食旅游开发存在的问题提出建议,能够提高合肥旅游市场的知名度,对于开拓旅游市场的新格局有着重要意义。
When recent years witness that tours for cuisine become a new product in tourism industry so that many special food markets turn to new tourist attractions to meet tourists'new demands,the development of cuisine tourism has laid a foundation for the economic growth of tourist destinations.In the paper below,some proposals were presented as possible solutions to the problems found in cuisine tourism development of Chaohu Lake on the basis of an analysis of the advantages of the district in the field,which may help make the district more competitive in the tourism market around Hefei City and enhance the reputation of the Hefei City in the whole industry.
