摘要
目的分析血红蛋白电泳在常见血红蛋白病中的检测结果,并对其临床意义进行探讨。方法于2018年1月至2018年7月在本院进行血红蛋白电泳检测的患者中选取1200例,对其临床资料进行回顾分析,统计本组研究对象的血红蛋白病检出情况。结果有289例检出血红蛋白病,其检出率为24.1%,检测为α-地贫170例,α-地贫检出率为14.2%,检出β-地贫99例,β-地贫检出率8.2%,异常Hb检出20例,其检出率为1.7%。结论血红蛋白电泳检测扫描定量准确,具有较为清晰的电泳结果区带,在地中海贫血等血红蛋白病诊断中具有重要价值,能够将其应用于产前和婚前检查,为优生优育提供重要指导。
Objective To analyze the detection results of hemoglobin electrophoresis in common hemoglobin disease and to explore its clinical significance.Methods From January 2018 to July 2018,1200 patients were enrolled in our hospital for hemoglobin electrophoresis.The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.The detection results of hemoglobin disease were recorded in the study.Results There were 289 cases of hemoglobin disease,with the detection rate of 24.1%,there were 170 cases ofα-thalassaemia,with the detection rate of 14.2%,there were 99 cases ofβ-thalassemia,with the detection rate of 8.2%,there were 20 cases of abnormal Hb,with the detection rate of 1.7%.Conclusion The hemoglobin electrophoresis detection scan is accurate and has a clear electrophoresis result zone.It has important value in the diagnosis of hemoglobin disease such as thalassemia,can be applied to prenatal and premarital examination,which provides important guidance for prenatal and postnatal care.
