摘要
目的:观察血塞通注射液联合丹参注射液治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)临床疗效及对血液流变学状态的影响。方法:选取本院收治的66例DN患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各33例,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予丹参注射液治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予血塞通注射液联合丹参注射液治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗后尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24h尿蛋白定量(24hUAER)均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗14d后血液流变学各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通注射液与联合丹参注射液治疗DN可有效改善患者肾功能、凝血功能及血液流变学状态。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuesaitong injection combined with Danshen injection in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)and its effects on hemorheological status.Methods:66 patients with DN were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Danshen injection on the basis of conventional treatment,and observation group was given Xuesaitong injection combined with Danshen injection on the basis of conventional treatment.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)and 24h urine protein quantitation(24hUAER)in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The hemorheological indexes in observation group after 14d of treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuesaitong injection combined with Danshen injection for DN can effectively improve renal function,coagulation function and hemorheological status.
