摘要
目的:七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导与异丙酚静脉麻醉诱导的临床比较。方法:将在我院接受手术治疗的48例患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施异丙酚静脉麻醉诱导,观察组实施七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导,对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果:两组患者入室、插管时的SBP、DBP、HR对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后睁眼时间、拔管时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组患者MMSE评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后即刻、术后1d、术后3d,观察组MMSE评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7d,两组患者MMSE评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床上应用过程中,应结合患者的实际情况,进行有针对性的选择麻醉诱导方式。
Objective:To compare the clinical induction of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia induction with propofol intravenous anesthesia induction.Methods:The 48 cases patients undergoing surgery in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was induced by propofol intravenous anesthesia,and the observation group was induced by sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia,and the effect of anesthesia was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate between the two groups of patients during intubation and intubation(P>0.05).The eyes opened and the time of extubation were lower in the observation group than in the control group.Significance(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the MMSE score between the two groups of patients before surgery(P>0.05).Immediately after,1 d,and 3 d after surgery,the MMSE score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).At 7 days after the operation,the MMSE score of the two groups was not significantly differen t(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical application process,a specific selection of anesthesia induction method should be carried out in accordance with the actual situation of the patient.
