摘要
目的分析七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导与异丙酚静脉麻醉诱导的临床效果差异。方法本次研究对象为本院60例行手术治疗患者,收治时间2020年5月-2022年5月,随机将其均分为对照组30例,行异丙酚静脉麻醉,观察组30例,行七氟醚吸入麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果观察组的心率、收缩压、舒张压和SpO指标变化情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组麻醉药物停用-苏醒时间基本一致(P>0.05),观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),麻醉诱导开始-意识消失时间明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予行手术治疗七氟醚吸入麻醉能够显著提升麻醉效果,有助于维持患者生命体征稳定性,降低不良反应发生率,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and propofol intravenous anesthesia.Methods The study subjects were 60 surgical patients in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2022,which were randomly divided into 30 control patients,propofol intravenous anesthesia,30 observation patients,sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia,to compare the anesthesia effect of the two groups.Results Heart rate,systolic BP and SpOindicators were significantly better than controls(P<0.05),the time of anesthesia was basically consistent(P>0.05),adverse effects were significantly lower(P<0.05)and anesthesia induction-loss of consciousness than controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia can significantly improve the anesthesia effect,help to maintain the stability of patient vital signs and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with promotion value.
