摘要
为了保障变电站操作安全,提高电网的稳定性,需要对变电站进行实时监控和及时告警,集中监控和信息分析师希望通过SCADA海量告警、多源数据平台分析出电网设备的运行状况。设计研究了一种集中监控变电站操作辨识系统。SIFT是一种利用高斯卷积的图像处理识别算法,具有高速性、多量性、可扩展性、分区性好等特点。因此,文中通过集中监控技术来采集变电站的告警信号、操作信息,利用数据标注、大数据挖掘技术和SIFT处理图像信息,再使用标签技术和典型操作信息规则库的数据匹配,实现变电站的操作辨别,同时进行了多次测试实验。实验结果表明,该集中监控变电站操作辨识系统具有较高的辨识能力,拥有一定的使用价值和研究意义。
In order to ensure the safety of substation operation and improve the stability of power grid,it is necessary to monitor and warn the substation in real time.A centralized monitoring substation operation identification system is studied and designed.SIFT is an image processing and recognition algorithm based on Gauss convolution.It has the characteristics of high speed,multivariable,scalability and good partitioning.Therefore,through centralized monitoring technology to monitor and collect substation operation information,SIFT is used to process image information,and then label technology and data matching of typical operation information rule database are used to realize substation operation identification.The experimental results show that the operation identification system of the centralized monitoring substation has high identification ability and has certain application value and research significance.
