摘要
变电站一次设备操作防误闭锁判断不仅要考虑设备的带电情况,还需考虑到设备是否接地。利用网络拓扑算法,能把变电站一次设备的带电、停电与接地这三种运行状态实时计算出来。给出了三态拓扑模型及计算步骤,分析算法在五防判断中的应用。结合IEC61850标准,介绍了算法在变电站自动化系统中的实现场景。利用网络拓扑计算来判断误操作,具有逻辑闭锁规则简单、实施方便的特点,由于是采用通用的防误判断,能够有效地避免操作闭锁规则漏设置或错误设置的问题。
The condition of electrification is considered in the anti-operation locking judgment of substation primary equipment, as well as the equipment ground. By the network analysis topology control algorithm, the running states of the equipment such as the live state, the blackout state, and the grounded state can be timely computed. The method contains three states topological model and calculation steps. It analyzes the application of algorithm in five-anti judgement. Combining with 1EC61850 standard, it describes the implementation of the algorithm in the substation automation system. It determines the mistake operation using network topology calculation. The logic interlocking rules are simple, and it is easy to implement. The real-operation prevention judgements are generic, so it can avoid the missing settings or incorrect settings of operation interlocking rules effectively.
