摘要
现阶段我国智慧校园发展迅速,但存在智慧水平有限、设计偏于简单化等突出问题。为了有效借鉴国外高校的成功经验,文章首先通过文献计量法理清了国外智慧校园的研究热点;然后,文章构建了包含组织机构、基础设施、应用服务、信息资源、运维管理和制度规范的智慧校园六维评估模型,并基于2020QS世界大学排名结果,选择麻省理工学院、剑桥大学等五所顶尖高校进行了深入的案例剖析。最后,文章进一步从发展理念、管理机制和技术增效三个方面提出了相关建议,以期为我国智慧校园的建设和管理提供参考。
At present,smart campus is developing rapidly in China,while there are prominent problems such as limited level of intelligence and simplified design.In order to learn successful experience from foreign universities effectively,the paper firstly clarified the research hotpots of foreign smart campus through bibliometric method.Then,the smart campus evaluation model was constructed,which included the six dimensions of organization,infrastructure,application,information resources,management and regulations.Based on the results of QS World University Rankings 2020,five top universities including MIT,Cambridge University were selected as smart campus cases to carry out in-depth analysis.Finally,some suggestions from the aspects of development concept,management mechanism and technology efficiency were put forward,expecting to provide reference for the development and construction of smart campus in China.
