摘要
教师职业技能是高职院校师范生应具备的重要的职业素养之一。在国家大力发展职业教育的今天,高职师范院校对师范生教师职业技能的培养还没有达到预期的理想水平,导致高职师范院校的人才培养滞后于基础教育教学改革的步伐,学生就业竞争力差。对此,本文以高职师范生教师职业技能提升为核心,并对与之相联的主要因素进行分析,提出具有针对性的对策与建议如下:第一,完善职业技能课程体系;第二,完善职业技能训练保障机制;第三,完善职业技能考核机制;第四,建立“地方教育协作共同体”。
Teachers'vocational skills are one of the important professional qualities that normal students in higher vocational colleges should possess.Nowadays,with the vigorous development of vocational education in our country,the training of teachers'vocational skills in higher vocational normal colleges has not reached the desired level,which leads to the lag of talent training in higher vocational normal colleges compared with basic education and its poor employment competitiveness.This paper focuses on the improvement of vocational skills of higher vocational normal students,and analyses the main factors associated with it,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,we should improve the vocational skills curriculum system;secondly,we should improve the guarantee mechanism of vocational skills training;thirdly,we should improve the vocational skills assessment mechanism;fourthly,we should establish a"local education cooperation community".
