摘要
培养学生创新精神和实践能力是高等教育的重要任务。教育部在制订高职高专教育专业教学计划的原则意见中指出:加强实践教学环节,增加实训、实践的时间和内容,以使学生掌握从事专业领域实际工作的基本能力和基本技能。那么,如何加强高职师范生职业技能的训练,使他们能更好地掌握做教师的基本技能?本专业做了一些尝试与探索。
To cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability is an important task of higher education.The Ministry of education points out in the development of higher vocational education teaching plan principle: strengthen the practice teaching link,increase time and content of practice and training,in order to make students master the actual work in professional field basic skills and basic skills.So,how to strengthen the skill training of vocational normal students,so that they can better grasp the teaching basic skills? This specialty has made some attempts and exploration.
