摘要
利用共沉淀法制备了不同性质的Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2,将该前驱体和Li2CO3混合后焙烧制备LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2正极材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)等表征手段研究了前驱体的形貌、焙烧工艺对正极材料产品形貌及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,通过对前驱体形貌和粒径分布、比表面积等参数的分析,结合TG-DTG数据,可以对不同性质的前驱体制定差异化的焙烧工艺,实现提升正极材料性能一致性的目的。
Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2 precursors with different properties were synthesized via co-precipitation method.And then,LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode materials were prepared by calcining the mixture of these precursors and Li2CO3.The effects of the precursor morphology and calcination process on the morphology and electrochemical properties of cathode materials were investigated by means of SEM and TG-DTG.The results show that,based on the analysis of precursor morphology,particle size distribution,specific surface area and other parameters,and the TG-DTG data,individualized roasting processes can be formulated for precursors of different properties.Finally,the consistency of the cathode material can be improved.
