摘要
以Ni:Co:Mn物质的量的比为55:15:30采用共沉淀法制备三元前驱体,控制反应釜的pH=11.60,温度为65℃,从前驱体产品的粒度分布、振实密度、BET、颗粒形貌分析,探究氨水浓度和搅拌频率对前驱体产品的影响。表征结果分析得出:增大搅拌频率能降低前驱体产品颗粒间的团聚作用,粒度分布变宽;增加氨浓度会提高前驱体产品的粒度,当搅拌频率为49 Hz,氨值为6.7 g/L时,得到的前驱体产品较为理想。
The ternary precursor was prepared by coprecipitation method with the ratio of amount of substance of Ni:Co:Mn was 55:15:30.When the pH=11.60 and the temperature was 65℃,the effects of ammonia concentration and stirring frequency on the precursor products were investigated from the particle size distribution,tap density,BET and particle shape analysis of the precursor products.The characterization results showed that increasing the stirring frequency can reduce the agglomeration of particles and broaden the particle size distribution,and increasing the ammonia concentration can increase the particle size of the product.When the ammonia concentration was 6.7 g/L and stirring frequency was 49 Hz,the obtained product was more desirable.
