摘要
目的探讨JCI实验室评审标准下,临床检验危急值管理中实施强化管理干预的策略,并评价实践效果。方法在临床检验危急值管理中实施强化管理干预策略,基于JCI的实验室评价标准建立检验科管理干预策略,包括危急值管理制度建立及完善、质量控制等,比较干预策略的实践应用效果。结果实施强化管理干预的研究组,危急值应答正确率、危急值应答合格率分别为95.66%、92.73%,较对照组均明显提高(P<0.05);研究组实施强化管理干预后与对照组比较,平均应答时间缩短至(8.39±1.26)min(P<0.05)。结论检验危急值管理干预实践效果良好,有效提高了危急值应答合格率,缩短了应答时间,对于提升医疗质量、保证医疗安全具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the strategies for implementing intensive management interventions in clinical laboratory critical value management under the JCI laboratory evaluation criteria,and to evaluate the practical effects.Methods Intensified management intervention strategy was implemented in clinical crisis management.Based on JCI laboratory evaluation criteria,the management intervention strategy of the laboratory was established,including the establishment and improvement of crisis value management system,quality control,etc.,and the practical application effects of intervention strategies were compared.Results In the study group with intensive management intervention,the response rate of critical value response and critical value response rate were 95.66%and 92.73%,respectively,which were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the study group implemented intensive management intervention and compared with the control group,the average response time was shortened to(8.39±1.26)min(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice of testing critical value management interventions is effective,effectively improving the pass rate of critical value response and shortening the response time,which is of great significance for improving medical quality and ensuring medical safety.
