摘要
中国经济正处于转型升级重要时期,总体呈现出大而不强的局面,逐渐从关注速度转变到关注质量发展。为了实现新旧动能的顺利转换,各地区相继提出了数字经济发展方案,推进数字产业化。在这里针对发展数字经济的路径和机制进行了重点研究,研究指出,主要路径包括打造核心数字经济发展新优势和数字化转型新标杆、加大数字经济创新人才建设、全方位营造数字产业发展环境四个方面。而机制研究主要从组织领导、政策扶持、标准建立及提升全民数字素养等几个方面加以阐述。借此希望能为数字经济的发展提供一定借鉴。
China’s economy is in an important period of transformation and upgrading, showing a large but not strong overall situation, and gradually changing from focusing on speed to focusing on quality development. In order to realize the smooth transformation of new and old driving forces, various regions have put forward digital economic development plans to promote digital industrialization. This paper puts emphasis on the path and mechanism of the development of digital economy, and points out that the main path includes four aspects:building new advantages of the development of core digital economy and new benchmark of digital transformation, strengthening the construction of innovative talents of digital economy, and building a comprehensive development environment of digital industry. And with respect to the mechanism research,it discusses about the organization leadership, policy support, standard establishment and enhancing our national digital literacy, in order to provide some reference for the development of digital economy.
