摘要
目的观察象皮粉外掺治疗糖尿病足溃疡虚证患者的临床疗效。方法将2018年6月-2019年6月于北京中医药大学东直门医院周围血管病科等10家单位住院且符合纳入标准的糖尿病足患者分为试验组和对照组,均采用标准化内科基础治疗及创面换药,分别予象皮粉、表皮生长因子外掺,每天1次,观察14天。结果共180例患者完成试验,总有效率分别为95.5%、84.4%。治疗后创面面积、中医证候积分、治疗总费用,试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论象皮粉外掺治疗糖尿病足溃疡虚证患者有良好的效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of elephant skin powder in treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods Patients with diabetic foot who were hospitalized in the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases of Dongzhimen Hospital and other 9 hospitals from June 2018 to June 2019 and met the inclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group and the control group.Both groups were treated with standardized internal medicine and wound dressing.On this basis,the experimental group and the control group were treated with elephant skin powder and epidermal growth factor respectively for 1 time/d,and observed for 14 days.Results A total of 180 patients completed the trial,90 in the experimental group and 90 in the control group,and the total effective rate was 95.5% and 84.4%respectively.After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the comparison of the reduction of wound area,the reduction of TCM syndrome scores and total cost(P<0.05).Conclusion Elephant skin powder treatment has a good effect on diabetic foot ulcer with deficiency syndrome.
