摘要
目的分析国内中医药防治糖尿病足(DF)的高质量文献,了解该研究领域的现状、热点及趋势,为中医药防治DF提供研究方向。方法检索并筛选中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台V2.0(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)1993年1月1日—2024年8月1日收录的中医药防治DF的相关文献。经NoteExpress软件去重,采用WPS Excel 2019对文献信息进行整理归类,采用CiteSpace6.1R6对发文量、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献2063篇。核心作者49位,其中张朝晖发文量最高(26篇),形成了以柳国斌、徐旭英、朱朝军、鞠上等为代表的多个研究团队。研究作者所属机构主要是中医药大学及其附属医院,合作受地域影响。2010年是该领域的高峰年份,近年发文量稳定,显示该领域依然活跃。频次较高的关键词,除主题词外有外治法、临床疗效、糖尿病、护理、辨证论治等。研究热点经聚类分析,形成了溃疡、辨证论治、糖尿病、临床研究、生活质量等10大聚类。关键词时间线分析和突现分析显示,并发症、创面愈合、炎症因子可能是今后中医药防治糖尿病足领域研究热点。结论近30年中医药防治糖尿病足研究涉及的热点领域从传统病名与诊断逐渐转移,研究主要关注溃疡的炎症反应、并发症、生活质量的提高,热度持续上升。
Objective To analyze high-quality domestic literature on the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot(DF)with traditional Chinese medicine,understand the current situation,research hotspots,and trends in this research field,and provide research directions for the prevention and treatment of DF with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Relevant literatures on the prevention and treatment of DF with traditional Chinese medicine included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform V2.0(Wanfang Data),and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)from January 1st,1993,to August 1st,2024 were retrieved and screened.Duplicate literatures were removed using the NoteExpress software.The literature information was sorted and classified using WPS Excel 2019,and CiteSpace 6.1R6 was used for the visualized analysis of the number of published papers,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 2063 literatures were included.There were 49 core authors,among whom Zhang Zhaohui had the highest number of published papers(26 papers).Multiple research teams were formed,represented by Liu Guobin,Xu Xuying,Zhu Chaojun,Ju Shang,etc.The institutions to which the research authors belonged were mainly universities of traditional Chinese medicine and their affiliated hospitals,and the cooperation was affected by regions.The year 2010 was the peak year in this field.The number of published papers has been stable in recent years,indicating that this field is still active.Among the keywords with high frequencies,apart from the subject headings,there were external treatment methods,clinical efficacy,diabetes mellitus,nursing,syndrome differentiation and treatment,etc.Through cluster analysis of the research hotspots,ten major clusters were formed,including ulcer,syndrome differentiation and treatment,diabetes mellitus,clinical research,quality of life,etc.The analysis of the keyword timeline and burst analysis showed that complications,wound healing,and inflammatory factors might be the research hotspots in the field of the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Conclusion In the past 30 years,the hot research fields in the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot with traditional Chinese medicine have gradually shifted from traditional disease names and diagnoses.The research mainly focuses on the inflammatory response of ulcers,complications,and the improvement of the quality of life,and the research heat continues to rise.
