摘要
阐析了中国知名的平民教育家晏阳初的乡村建设思想,指出其将文化自觉视为社会建设的核心动力;将平民教育、化育“新民”看作实现文化自觉的具体路径,以推动乡村建设和社会改造;试图回应清末科举制废除带来的传统士绅阶层在乡村的缺位问题,重新建立知识群体在沟通国家与农民上的作用。晏阳初乡村建设思想的特点主要体现在:一是教育要适应农民的生活,二是理论与实践相结合,三是物质与精神并重;目前,在中国实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,晏阳初对乡村建设的知识基础、依靠力量、实施路径和精神动力等问题的思考对后人仍有示范作用。
This paper expounds YanYangchu′s thought of rural construction in 20th century, and holds that, as a well-known civilian educator and rural builder, some of his ideas, like cultural consciousness as the core power of social construction, civilian education and "new people education" as the specific path to realize cultural consciousness, knowledge groups in the communication between the state and farmers, were useful in promoting rural construction and social change and responding to the problem of the absence of the traditional gentry in the countryside caused by the abolition of the imperial examination system in the late Qing Dynasty. His thoughts are characteristic with education fit to local farmers, combination of theory with practice and focus on both material and spirit. Under the background of implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China now, Yan Yangchu′s thoughts are still of enlightening significance for thinking about the knowledge base, the strength relied on, the implementation path and the spiritual power in rural construction.
