摘要
科技成果转化能力不强,导致众多科技成果仍停留在理论化的阶段,是我国科技领域存在的突出问题。文章对我国科技成果转化现状进行了分析,探讨了影响高校成果转化的因素,提出通过完善成果转化信息化管理模式,构建开放资源信息化管理平台,多元融资渠道强化风险保障机制等对策突破高校科技成果转化短板。
It is a prominent problem in the field of science and technology in China that many scientific and technological achievements are still in the theoretical stage due to the weak transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements.This paper analyzes the actuality of scientific and technological achievements transformation in China.It discusses the factors that affect achievements transformation in universities.The paper proposes some strategies to break through the weakness of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities,such as perfecting the information management mode of achievements transformation,establishing an open resource information management platform,and strengthening the risk guarantee mechanism through multiple financing channels.
