摘要
2020年5月13日,科技部、教育部印发《关于进一步推进高等学校专业化技术转移机构建设发展的实施意见》的通知(国科发区〔2020〕133号)。这说明高校是进行科研成果转化一个十分关键的场所,在助推我国新兴科技的长久发展中十分关键。现阶段,因为被相关体制等许多因素所影响,使得我国各个高校中科技成果转化的总效率依旧有待提升。全方位分析并研究阻碍各个高校中科技成果转化的相关因素,得到更为科学的科技成果转化模式,对于我国经济平稳且健康地发展十分关键。
The Technology Ministry and Education Ministry issued the Opinions on Further Promoting the Construction and Development of Specialized Technology Transfer Institutions in Colleges(National Science and Technology Development Area(2020)No.133)on May 13,2020.It shows that colleges are very critical in promoting the long-term development of new science and technology,because it is essential for the transformation of scientific research results.Due to the influence of many factors,such as the relevant system,the overall efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges still needs to be improved at this stage.Therefore,it is very important for the stable and healthy development of our country to analyze and study the related reasons that hinder the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in various colleges in an all-round way,and to get a more scientific mode of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
