车用电驱动压气机系统匹配与设计

摘要 针对车用电驱动压气机系统,制定匹配规则,选取高速电机,进行电驱动压气机系统部件匹配和设计.根据选型结果,搭建试验平台,并对试验平台上其它的辅助系统(包括冷却系统和电气连接布局)进行设计,建立各部件之间的通讯.完成了试验台架仿真模型搭建,分别对空压机、高速电机、电机控制器和管道阀门进行建模仿真.用试验数据校正模型,准确模拟出试验的实际工况,通过仿真数据,确定从70000 r/min-110000 r/min电驱动压气机工作区间流量压比的误差范围,验证了仿真模型的正确性. In this paper,the high-speed motor was selected according to the matching rules of the automotive electric compressor system.The component matching design of the electric compressor was carried out.The experimental platform was built according to the selection results,and the other auxiliary systems on the experimental platform,such as cooling system and electrical connection layout,were designed.The communication between the components was established.Then,modeling and simulation of air compressor,high-speed motor,motor controller and pipeline valve were completed.Experimental data were used to correct the model so that each part can accurately simulate the real situation of the experiment.By comparison with simulation,the error range of flow rate is determined in the main working range of the electric compressor from 70000 r/min to 110000 r/min.The correctness of the simulation model was verified.
