摘要
在详细阐述永磁同步电动机的电流矢量控制策略的基础上,从最大电机输出能力角度讨论了最佳电流矢量运行轨迹,提出了一种适用于车辆全范围调速的弱磁扩速综合控制算法。在此基础上考虑电机电枢反应引起的id、iq轴电感参数的变化,分析其对电机弱磁性能和车辆加速性能的影响。通过MATALB/Simulink仿真,比较了不考虑电枢反应和考虑电枢反应时永磁同步电动机电机输出能力的变化,仿真分析了该算法下的电机弱磁扩速性能,仿真结果验证了弱磁算法和理论分析的正确性。
To meet demand of high torque at low - speed and wide - range speed of electric drive armored vehicle, a method on PMSM current vector control was clarified in detail, and the best run - track of current vector was discussed in this paper. New control arithmetic for flux - weakening and speed - modulated in full - range was presented. Change of inductance parameter in d axis and q axis with armature reaction was considered, which influenced flux - weakening performance of PMSM. The flux - weakening control performance with and without considering armature reaction was compared using MATALB/Simulink. The rationality of control arithmetic and theory analysis was proved by simulation results.
