摘要
碳酸锂的工艺生产有一定的困难,一方面由于生产碳酸锂的主要原料是盐湖卤水,因此规模化生产碳酸锂的企业必须拥有锂资源储量较为丰富的盐湖资源开采权,这使得该行业具备较高的资源壁垒;另一方面,由于全球盐湖绝大多数资源都是高镁低锂型,而从高镁低锂老卤中提纯分离碳酸锂的工艺技术难度很大。但是虽然碳酸锂产品存在一定的资源和技术壁垒,但我国具备可开采价值的盐湖还是不少,技术面临突破,行业的壁垒正逐渐削弱,行业目前的高毛利率也吸引更多资金介入。所以现在该行业要做的是专注于碳酸锂工艺生产及过程改进研究。
There are some difficulties in the process production of lithium carbonate.On the one hand,because the main raw material for lithium carbonate production is salt lake brine,the enterprises that produce lithium carbonate on a large scale must have the salt lake resource exploitation right with rich lithium resource reserves,which makes the industry have a high resource barrier;on the other hand,because the vast majority of the global salt lake resources are high magnesium and low lithium,and from the high magnesium It is very difficult to purify and separate lithium carbonate from low lithium old brine.However,although there are certain resources and technical barriers for lithium carbonate products,there are still many salt lakes with Exploitable value in China.The technology is facing breakthroughs,the barriers of the industry are gradually weakening,and the current high gross profit rate of the industry also attracts more capital to intervene.So what the industry should do now is to focus on lithium carbonate process production and process improvement research.
