摘要
将锂辉石在1 050℃进行转化焙烧后,采用纯碱压煮工艺对所得到的β-锂辉石进行处理并对浸出工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,优化条件为:搅拌速率300 r/min(加钢球),液固比4,反应温度225℃,反应时间60 min。此时锂辉石中的锂的提取率可达到96%以上,基本达到采用硫酸法从锂辉石提取锂的浸出率水平。
Spodumene concentrate was roasted at 1 050 ℃ and then used for sodium carbonate autoclave process.The operation conditons for autoclave process were optimized.The results show that the extraction can reaches up to 96% under the optimal conditions that stirring speed is 300 r/min,ratio of liquid to solid is 4,and reacting time at 225 ℃ is 60 min.The result is almost the same as that obtained by sulfuric acid method.
